Mr B from Aldeburgh 26th February 2002	Dear Mrs Holland, My husband buys your meringues from the Friday Street Farm Shop, and he loves them, because they're not too sickly, or too sugary. Now, I make meringues, about once a year at Christmas! I use the recipe in the "Daisy Cookery Book" . Where am I going wrong, this year mine seemed so sweet. Don't worry I'm not going to start up in competition, I have 4 kids and a large house to try and keep up with! I look forward to hearing from you, if you have time.
